What Chara has to say about Rali: 21-year-old, Bulgarian, English Language and Literature student at King’s College London and aspiring editor. Appreciates modern art (sometimes), hip-hop (always) and good music – although will indulge in the occasional chalga (check it out if you dare!) Favourite books include F. Scott Fitzgerald’s ‘This Side of Paradise,’ James Clavell’s ‘King Rat’ and Kurt Vonnegut’s ‘The Sirens of Titan.’ Favourite movie ‘500 Days of Summer,’ and favourite song must have a beat – how else can one dance? Will never leave the house without a blue hat, a blue scarf (colour coordination not intended) and a smile. Favourite treat: Jimmy Fallon’s Late Night Show (we do all secretly love him.) Most important trait: she’ll always make you laugh. “Honey, I don’t know how to say this, but there’s a Chinese family in our bathroom”
What Rali has to say about Chara: Chara (also known as Charuki) is a Greek lover of English literature and an spiring (screenplay) writer! She reads for the experience of a book and can obliterate an Angela Carter novel in less than two days! Her favourite things in the world include feta cheese, music composed by Alexandre Desplat, and a few casual reads like ‘We the Living’ by Ayn Rand, ‘Revolutionary Road’ by Richard Yates and, ‘The Beautiful and the Damned’ by F. Scott Fitzgerald. According to her CV her favourite past time is cooking but she also enjoys going to the theatre. When she has free time left from going to Uni and work, she watches films and TV shows. Don’t mess with her she knows her Sherlock trivia! Στην υγειά σας!
